Nancy Helen Hutchison, age 74 of Bear, DE died on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 in Newark, DE with her family by her side.

Nancy attended the first class of Ogletown High School. She retired as the Founder and President of Moppy Cleaning Service. She was a former President and advocate of the Meadowview Community Crime Watch. Her favorite pastime was hunting for vintage pieces at flea markets, auctions, yard sales and thrift stores. She spent countless hours at the roller rink watching her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren master the family tradition of roller skating. She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids, they were the light of her life. She loved spending time at Delaware Park and Atlantic City.

Nancy was predeceased by her husband, Franklin J. Hutchison, her father and mother, William and Anne Walker, her sister, Alice Smith, her brother, William Walker, Jr., her granddaughter, Tricia Snavely, and her beloved dogs, Shasta and Lucky.

Nancy is survived by her sons, Frank Hutchison of Clayton, DE, Bill Hutchison, Sr. (Patti Brouillette) of Newark, DE, her daughter, Mary Anne Bryant (John Bryant) of Newark, DE, her grandchildren, Bill Hutchison, Jr,. Jeremie Garcia, Melanie Hutchison, Cari Hutchison, Josh Fahringer, Courtney Bryant, and Tara Brouillette, 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, her sisters, Barbara Willing of DE, Betty Davis of FL, and her brother, John Walker of PA.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Beeson Funeral Home, 2053 Pulaski Highway, Newark, DE 19702, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., where a Funeral Service will begin at 8:00 p.m. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Catholic Charities of Delaware, 2601 W. 4th Street, Wilmington, DE 19805.
