Nickolaus A. Muller, 72, of Newark, passed away suddenly on February 1st, 2016.

Nick was born in Binghamton, New York, graduated from Binghamton North High School in 1961. He moved to Newark, DE in 1963 where he was employed by American Engineering and later Hercules, which later became Himont & Basell. He retired after 35 years of dedicated service.

Nick was a member of Ducks Unlimited and Wilmington Trapshooting Association-WTA. Nick was an avid outdoorsman. He loved fishing, boating, hunting, gardening, and camping. He was a special friend, who was well liked and respected by all who knew him. He would help anyone, whether they asked or not. He was a great "project" man. He had several groups of friends through work, hunting, trapshooting, fishing, and his dear neighborhood friends, who will all miss him dearly.

He was predeceased by his parents, sister Elizabeth, and brother Kenn.

Nick is survived by his loving wife Ilene of 52 years, his daughter Dawn Beck and her husband Cliff and grandson of Newark, DE. Additionally he is survived by his brothers Steve of Myrtle Beach, SC and Tom and his wife Cheryl of Fairport, NY and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. As well as a host of lifelong friends.

Friends and family are invited to a Memorial Service on Friday February 12, 2016 between 2-4 PM at Beeson Funeral Home, 2053 Pulaski Hwy, Newark, DE, 19702.
