William Buchanan Buckworth III age 48 of Newark, Delaware passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on his birthday March 25, 2016. Bill was born in Wilmington Delaware to William B Buckworth Jr and Mary F Nowak.

Bill attended Willoughby South High School and then later went on to work at Red Clay School District as Chief II at Linden Hill Elementary School. Bill was an avid motorcyclist, he loved to fish, enjoyed being on the water and loved to be surrounded by his family and friends.

He is survived by his daughter, Zoë J Buckworth, and his son Trevor B Buckworth, his father, William B Buckworth Jr and his wife (Lee) , his mother, Mary F Nowak. Along with his Fiancé Jennifer Matlack and her children, along with his former wife, Tricia L Buckworth and mother of Zoë and Trevor, his sister, Beth Harrison and husband (Bernie), his sister, Kristen Nowak, his sister Amber Moats and husband (Larry), his sister Dana McCarnan and husband (Darren) along with his many nieces and nephews.

The viewing will be held on Thursday March 31, 2016, from 6 to 8 pm, where a funeral service will begin at 8 pm at Beeson funeral home, 2053 Pulaski Highway Newark, DE 19702. Interment will be at a later date, and will be announced at the service. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Wigs for Kids,
